I bought and replaced my front passenger side directional bulb. Inexpensive.

The maintenance service is the WORST!! My 4runner was at the dealer for almost two months. There was no communication . I got charged for parts that were replaces because whoever worked in my car damaged!! Finally when my 4runner was ready I have to wait for more then 2 hours because they lost the key. They also scratched my hood and they did not want to accept responsibility. I have bought cars in this location and the sales service is good but the maintenance is WORST!!!!! If you buy a car here go to a different location for maintenance service

I went in yesterday looking to purchase a 2019 Cadillac XT4. Miguel Bueno was extremely helpful and friendly. He showed me the Carfax and all the maintenance the dealership did to the car without me even asking. What I like the most is that he was not pressuring me making a decision right then and there. I ended up purchasing the car but before that Miguel showed me what my payments would be before I talked to the person in finance. We had a great sales experience at Stevinson. This was the second vehicles we bought from Stevinson. We worked with Kevin Tran both times, and he provided top notch service. Kevin wasn't pushy at all, and he listened to our specific needs. We wanted a very specific set of features on a Rav4, so Kevin helped get us on the waitlist and promptly texted us when inventory became available that met the list of features we gave him. My wife and I appreciated Kevin's top notch professional service, great communication, and no haggle on price. We will be buying all our future vehicles from Kevin at Stevinson!

We've had a vehicle with the service department for 5 weeks. It is near impossible to reach the service department. After dropping the vehicle off on a Tuesday, we called that day and Wednesday for a status update. No one answered or returned voicemails or called us. (Keep in mind, we were vehicle-less during this time.) I then had to call 11 times in a day later that week and was unable to reach anyone until near closing time. By the time I got ahold of them, they said one of our parts was on national backorder which we do not fault them for, however, the lack of customer service and communication is appalling. After 5 weeks, we decided to finally move our business and the car elsewhere. The day we planned to pick up the vehicle, I called to ensure it was ready for pick up. When calling, the recording stated, "To check the status of your vehicle, press 2." I pressed 2. I spoke to a woman operator who said "I don't have status on the vehicle." I am unsure what the purpose of the recording prompt is if the person on the other end doesn't have the intended information. In 5 weeks, there have been zero proactive updates or communication on the vehicle. It has been an exhausting, frustrating chase to get anyone on the phone. The operators do not have any accurate valuable information. The only reliable, helpful person was Larry in parts. Thank you, Larry for being the only one who offered any helpful advice and compassion through the frustration. We will never take the car here again.
